Technical Sales

Extensive experience in domestic and international travel as a Sales Manager of customer accounts, he serviced these customers by providing product performance information and technical specifications.

He negotiated multi-million dollar contracts  including payment terms, deliveries and warranties. Terms and Conditions were also negotiated with the assistance of corporate legal counsel. 

 


Fluid Power

Adept in fluid power hydraulic system design, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning and testing. He has worked in the field domestically and around the world. His mechanical engineering degree and mechanical aptitude result in an effective technical problem solver.

He has been responsible for designing total hydraulic systems including pumps, motors, filtration, reservoirs, oil coolers, valves, controls and circuits. He has determined total system performance characteristics, heat requirements, filtration, reservoir design, line sizing, fluid connecting lines and interaction with the construction equipment or machines.


Team Management

As the Chief Mechanical and Hydraulic Engineer for more than 15 years, Terry managed up to 28 direct reports. His proficient management style fosters an effective team environment. Some responsibilities included  the mechanical and hydraulic design and drafting for large offshore onshore cranes and winches.

His vast and versatile years of experience in land and offshore heavy-duty construction equipment makes him well suited for managing highly technical sales or engineering teams.
