Terry is a Technical Sales professional who has a mechanical engineering degree and years of Team Management experience. He is a Certified Fluid Power Engineer with the International Fluid Power Society and proficient in hydraulic system design, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning and testing. His experience and technical expertise are a great combination for sales of technical products.

His career began as a Hydraulic Engineer at FMC Link-Belt designing fluid power systems. In 1982 he teamed up with Clyde Iron that would eventually become part of National Oilwell Varco where he worked for over 30 years. He was the Chief Mechanical/Hydraulic Engineer during part of that time in engineering management. He transitioned into sales in 2001 as a Sales Manager and completed his time with NOV in 2015 as the Director of Sales.
